沉析法制备聚丙烯腈浆粕的研究

摘    要:采用沉析法制备得到了高比表面积的聚丙烯腈(PAN)腈纶浆粕,系统地研究了沉析过程中各工艺参数对PAN浆粕成形的影响。对制备的浆粕进行了表面形貌的扫描及比表面积的测定,结果表明,提高剪切强度、延长剪切时间、提高浆液和凝固浴温度对PAN浆粕的成形有利。

Abstract:PAN pulp with high specific surface area has been obtained by precipitation method. Effects of parameters during precipitating process on the properties of PAN pulp have been studied. The surfaces of the resultant pulps were observed by scanning electron microscope and specific surface areas were measured by BET method. It has been found that increasing the shear rate and prolonging the shear process, elevating the temperature of PAN solution and coagulation were favored to prepare PAN pulp with high specific surface area.
