2012-2015年度招飞定选骨科病症分析

目的：分析2012—2015年招收飞行学员定选骨科病症淘汰与综合评定（综评）情况，为改进招飞体检工作提供参考。方法选取2012—2015年招飞定选体检资料，统计4年中合格人数、综评合格人数和不合格人数，并对因外科和骨科病症淘汰学员的病种进行统计。结果2012—2015年间外科淘汰人数占总淘汰人数比例变化较大，平均比例为13.9%。骨科病症淘汰人数占外科淘汰人数比例平均为32.0%，为外科体检淘汰人员中最常见病症；同时，骨科病症综评人数占外科病症综评人数的21.8%，外科体检综评人员中排名第2。骨科体检中淘汰人员最多的病症依次为扁平足、髂胫束发育不良与挛缩、四肢形态异常与缺损、骨关节损伤和脊柱畸形等；骨科体检中综评人员最多的病症依次为扁平足、骨关节损伤、膝内外翻等。结论2012—2015年招飞定选体检中骨科病症占外科体检中淘汰和综评的重要部分，扁平足等为重要的骨科淘汰和综评病症，骨科病症的研究与科学筛选，以及骨科标准的改革对我军新时期招飞具有重要意义。

Analysis of orthopaedics diseases detected in pilot recruting physical examination from2012 to2015

ObjectiveTo analyze the orthopaedics diseases detected in pilot recruiting physical examination from 2012 to 2015, and to provide references for the development of pilot recruiting physical examination.MethodsWe collected the number of qualified candidates, of comprehensive assessment qualified candidates and of unqualified candidates in pilot recruiting physical examination from 2012 to 2015, and analyzed the surgical and orthopeasics diseases which were most common in pilot recruiting physical examination from 2012 to 2015 respectively.ResultsThe number of unqualified candidates with surgical diseases in pilot recruiting physical examination from 2012 to 2015 varied from year to year. The mean ratio of unqualified candidates with surgical diseases was 13.9%. In unqualified candidates with surgical diseases, the mean ratio of candidates with orthopaedics diseases was 32.0%, which made orthopaedics diseases the most common disease type. Meanwhile, in comprehensive qualified candidates with surgical diseases, the mean ratio of candidates with orthopaedics diseases was 31.9%, which made orthopaedics diseases the second most common disease type. In unqualified candidates with orthopaedics diseases, the most common disease was flat foot, and then iliotibial tract diseases, extremities defect, bone and joint injury, and spine deformity. In comprehensive assessment qualified candidates with orthopaedics diseases, the most common disease was flat foot, and then bone and joint injury, genu varum and genu valgum, extremities defect.Conclusion Orthopaedics diseases were the most common type of disease in surgical diseases detected in pilot recruiting physical examination from 2012 to 2015. Flat foot was the most common orthopeasics disease pilot recruiting physical examination from 2012 to 2015. This could be of great importance for the detection of orthopaedics disease and the reform of the pilot recruiting medical standard.
