摘    要:通过优化炉料结构-采用铁水热装技术;集束氧枪技术强化供氧;疏通物流-强化二次精炼和增加连铸生产能力,使1台60t AC炉和1台60t DC炉的年生产率由改造前25.45万t增至87.34万t,冶炼周期由107 min/炉降至71 min/炉,电耗由547 kWh/t降至213 kWh/t,变压器利用系数由3142 t/(MVA·a)增至10783 t/(MVA·a)。探索出适合大冶特钢实际生产的冶炼工艺,取得了良好的经济技术效果。

Abstract:With optimizing charging structure- using hot metal charging technology; intensifying oxygen supply by coherent oxygen lance technique; material flow sheet revamping by intensifying secondary refining and increasing concasting production capability,the annual steel output of a 60 t AC furnace and a 60 t DC furnace increased from before revamping 254500t to 873400 t,tap-to-tap time decreased from 107 min to71 min,electric power consumption decreased from 547 kWh/t to 213 kWh/t,coefficient of utilization of transformer increased from 3142 t(MVA ·a)to 10783 t/(MVA ·a)to get a available steelmaking process at Daye Special Steel and obtain better economic and technology effect.
