IL-23受体基因多态性和Graves病的相关性研究

目的：探讨白介素23受体（IL-23R）基因rs10889677位点多态性与Graves病（简称GD）的关系。方法：从268例上海本地汉族GD患者（其中136例GD眼病患者）和208例正常对照者外周血标本中提取基因组DNA,用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态（PCR-RFLP）技术检测IL-23R基因rs10889677位点变异情况,分析其基因表型、基因频率与GD及其相关眼病的关系。结果：IL-23R基因rs10889677位点基因型和等位基因频率在GD组和对照组中分布差异无显著性（P〉0.05）,且该位点多态性和GD发病年龄及性别均无相关。结论：IL-23R基因rs10889677位点多态性变异,可能不是中国南方汉族人群GD发病的危险因素。

Relativity research on the interleukin (IL)-23 receptor gene polymorphism and Graves' disease

Objective：To explore the association between the polymorphism of IL-23R gene and Graves＇disease（GD）.Methods：Total 268 GD patients,including 136 Graves＇disease associated ophthalmopathy（GO）patients,and 208 healthy individuals were studied.The alleles and gene type of rs10889677 were analyzed by restriction fragment length polymorphism（PCR-RFLP）.Results：The frequency of alleles and gene type were similar between GD/GO and normal group（P〈0.05）.Further analysis also did not display any relationship between the polymorphism and the onsetage or sex of GD（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The rs10889677 of IL-23R gene is not associated with susceptibility to Graves＇disease in Han population of South China.
