甲硝唑治疗牙周组织病临床分析

目的探讨甲硝唑治疗牙周组织病的临床疗效。方法选择我院2010年9月-2012年3月收治的143例中重度牙周炎患者，分为观察组和对照组，观察组72例采用局部甲硝唑缓释药膜配合基础治疗，对照组71例采用口服甲硝唑片配合基础治疗，比较两组患者的临床症状改善情况，评价治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后临床症状均有显著改善，较治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组患者治疗后症状改善显著优于对照组．差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组总有效率97．22％，对照组总有效率80．28％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论甲硝唑是治疗牙周组织病的理想抗菌药物，采用甲硝唑缓释药膜局部治疗操作简便、用药剂量小、副作用少、疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of metronidazole treating periodontal tissue disease

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of metronidazole treating periodontal tissue disease. Methods A total of 143 patients with severe periodontitis treated in our hospital from September 2010 to March 2012 were select- ed and divided into two groups randomly, the observation group for 72 cases were treated with local sustained-release film of metronidazole combined with basic treatment, and the control group for 71 cases received the treatment of oral metronidazole tablets combined with basic treatment. The improvement condition of clinical symptoms in two groups were compared, and the treatment effect of two groups were evaluated. Results The clinical symptoms for two groups improved evidently, which had evident difference compared with the clinical symptoms before treatment, which had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. The improvement in symptoms after treatment of the observation group was better ev- idently than that of the control group, there was evident difference between two groups, which had statistical signifi- cance （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22% and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.28%. The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, there was evident difference between two groups, which had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Metronidazole is an ide- al antibacterial agent to treat periodontal tissue disease. Applying metronidazole sustained-release film for local treat- ment has the advantages of easy operation, small dosage, less side effects and evident efficacy, which is worthy to be promoted and applied in clinical practice.
