| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑电图在小儿神经系统疾病诊断上的意义。方法选取我院2011年6月-2012年6月在我院收治的临床诊断为神经系统疾病者68例。分别给予常规脑电图及动态脑电图检查，对比分析其结果。结果在癫痫、脑炎、窒息新生儿、头昏、头痛、高热等方面动态脑电图的检出率均显著高于常规脑电图。结论动态脑电图检查在小儿神经系统疾病尤其是小儿癫痫、脑炎的诊断上较常规脑电图可以提供重要的诊断依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of EEG in the diagnosis of pediatric neurological diseases. Methods A total of 68 cases of neurological diseases in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2012 were selected. The results of routine EEG and ambulatory EEG were analyzed and compared. Results Detection rate of ambulatory EEG in epilep- sy, encephalitis, neonates with asphyxia, dizziness, headache, high fever, and other aspects were significantly higher than that of routine EEG. Conclusion Compared with routine EEG, ambulatory EEG can provide important diagnosis in pediatric neurological diseases, especially epilepsy, encephalitis. |
