摘    要:主要论述了酶抑制反应顺序对最大波长确定的影响,比较了不同酶液浓度在不同的反应顺序下的相互影响,并比较了两种酶浓度5%、10%反应所达平衡时间及反应初、反应终混合液的颜色变化,也比较了在相同的反应顺序下不同量终止剂对两种酶浓度的影响,最终确定了合适的反应顺序、较短的反应平衡时间以及最佳的终止剂用量。

Abstract:This article reports on the influence of enzyme inhibition reaction sequence on the longest wavelength, comparing the mutual influence of different enzyme solution concentrations on different reaction sequences, and also comparing the time to reaction equilibrium and initial versus final mixture color changes of two enzyme concentrations (5 and 10%). The effect of different amounts of reaction termination reagent on two enzyme concentrations under identical reaction sequences was also investigated. Finally, the optimum reaction sequence was determined, along with the shortest reaction equilibrium time and the most appropriate rate of reaction termination reagent.
