| 摘 要： | 为了提高TiO2光催化薄膜的利用效率,实验分别采用金属离子Zn2+和其氧化物ZnO掺杂TiO2的方法,制备以TiO2为基体的复合光催化薄膜。利用简单易行的溶胶凝胶法,一种是将Zn2+、ZnO掺杂于TiO2溶胶中,分别制备金属、半导体氧化物掺杂的混合溶胶,采用浸渍提拉的方法以玻璃片为载体涂膜,然后用马弗炉进行热处理制得样品。另一种是利用S iO2对2种掺杂的复合TiO2薄膜进行表面处理改性后,热处理得样品。将所得样品进行接触角、紫外-可见分光光度计、红外、AFM测试,对其性能进行表征。结果表明:Zn2+的掺杂量为0.1 g时,测试结果比较理想;经过S iO2表面处理过的Zn2+/TiO2复合光催化膜的超亲水性最好,水滴刚滴上,静态接触角几乎为0;°ZnO/TiO2复合光催化膜的吸光性能最高,但透过率较低,透明性比较差。
