摘    要:我国正在运行和今后可能投入使用的立式辊磨数量惊人,市场前景巨大.而作为立磨耐磨部件的耐磨材料消耗也是非常可观,用量很大.分析了立磨零部件的磨损主要有喷射磨损、挤压磨损和摩擦磨损三种,逐一介绍了这三种磨损的部位和耐磨材料的设计选择,并对立磨耐磨材料今后的发展方向作了分析.

Abstract:The number of vertical mill in operation or will be put into opertation in China is amazing, the market prospect is huge. And as the wear-resistant componects of vertical mill, consumption of abrasion resistant materials is also very impressive. The three main abrasion types of injection abrasion, extrusion abrasion and friction abrasion of vertical mill components were analysed, and the parts of the three abrasion and the design of wear resistant material were introduced one by one. Finally, the development direction of verti- cal mill in future was analysed.
