乳腺肿块58例高频彩色多普勒超声诊断分析

目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺良恶性肿块的声像图特征及诊断价值。方法对58例经病理证实的乳腺良性及恶性肿块高频彩色多普勒超声声像图进行分析。结果恶性肿块32例,以边界不清(65.6%)、形态不规则(56.2%)、微小钙化灶(50%)、肿块纵横比>1(62.5%)为特征;彩色多普勒血流分级多为2-3级(84.3%);SPV(21.25±11.35)cm/s,RI0.74±0.09。良性肿块26例,多为边界清楚(61.5%),形态规则(77.0%),回声均匀(61.6%),肿块纵横比<1(73%)为特征;彩色多普勒血流分级多为0-1级(80.7%);SPV(12.66±5.72)cm/s,RI0.60±0.06。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对鉴别乳腺良恶性肿块有重要临床价值。

Analysis of high frequency and color doppler ultrasonographic diagnosis of breast tumors

Objective To study the ultrasonic features and diagnostic value of breast tumors by high fre- quency and color doppler ultrasonographie diagnosis. Methods Sonogram analysis was performed in 58 patients with carcinoid or invasive duetal carcinoma of breast confirmed by operation. Results 32 cases of malignancy,with indistinct border （ 65.6% ） , irregular shape （ 56.2% ） , micro-calcification（ 50% ） , tumor longitudinal-transverse axis ratio （L/T） was larger than 1 （62.5%） , the grade of blood flow on Color Doppler Ultrasonographie was in class 2 or class 3 mostly（84.3% ） ,SPV21.25 ± 11.35cm/s,RI0.74±0.09.26 eases of breast benign mass,with characteristics of clear border（61.5% ） ,regular shape（77% ） ,uniform echo（61.6% ） ,tumor longitudinal-transverse axis ratio （ L/T） is less than 1 ,the grade of blood flow on Color Doppler Uhrasonographic was in class 0 or class 1 mostly（80.7% ） , SPV12.66 ± 5.72 era/s, RI0.60 ± 0.06. Conclusion High-frequency color ultrasound may provide some important value in the clinical diagnosis of breast benign mass and breast cancer.
