| 摘 要： | 如今,银行贷款已成为我国高校快速发展所需资金的重要来源.但是,高校在贷款资金的筹集、利用和管理等方面还存在一些不可忽视的风险.如何防范贷款风险已成为高校财务工作者亟需解决的问题,本文就我国高等学校如何防范和化解贷款风险提出若干建议,以期对我国高等学校加强贷款风险管理、实现可持续发展能有所裨益.

| Abstract: | Nowadays, the bank loan has become an important funds source of the colleges＇ fast development. But colleges have some nonnegligible risk in the loan fund to raise, use and management. How to prevent the risk of loan has become an urgent problem for college financial workers to solve. This paper put forward some suggestions for the colleges in our country to guard against and defuse loan risk, in order to strengthen loan risk management and bene- fit the sustainable development. |
