高效液相色谱分析银杏叶提取物中总黄酮甙

摘    要:将银杏叶提取物经酸水解得到其中黄酮甙元槲皮素、山萘酚和异鼠李素,采用高效液相色谱、YWG-C18柱,甲醇:水(含04%磷酸)为流动相,UV360nm检测,以槲皮素为对照品计算出银杏叶提取物中总黄酮甙含量。槲皮素浓度在001~02mg/ml之间,浓度与峰面积呈直线关系,相关系数为09992,回收率为974%,相对标准偏差161%。该方法简便、准确,易于银杏叶提取物的质量控制。

Abstract:Hydrolysis of the extracts of the ginkgo biloba L obtains aglycones quercentin, kaempferol and isorhamnetin HPLC method has been uesed in separation and determination of aglycones on YWG-C 18 column with methanol-0 4% phosporic acid as eluents, which has been detected by ultraviolet detector at 360 nm A good linear relationship of quercentin has been found in the range of 0 01-0 20 mg/ml The average recovers are 97 4% The relative standard deviation is 1 61% This method is sample and accurate for quality control of the extracts of the ginkgo biloba L
