处理剂对木塑产品性能的影响

摘    要:研究了不同表面处理剂处理木粉对木塑复合材料流变性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,硬脂酸、白油、钛酸酯偶联剂和超分散剂都能改善木粉与聚乙烯(PE)树脂的相容性,提高木塑材料的加工性能,用超分散剂处理的木塑材料的加工性能最好,钛酸酯偶联剂次之,硬脂酸加白油最差;钛酸酯偶联剂、超分散剂处理的木塑材料的物理力学性能比硬脂酸加白油处理的略好,只有冲击强度略有降低。

Abstract:The effects of the treatment of wood flour by different surfactants on the rheological and mechanical properties of wood/plastics composite were studied. The results showed the use of stearic acid, white oil, phthalic ester coupling agent and super dispersing agent could improve the compatibility of wood flour with PE, increase the processability of wood/plastics composite. The processability of the composite treated by super dispersing agent was the best, that of the composite treated by phthalic ester coupling agent came second, and those of the composites treated by stearic acid and white oil were the worst; the mechanical properties of the composites treated by phthalic ester coupling agent and super dispersing agent were better than those of the composite treated by stearic acid and white oil, only the impact strength of the former decreased a little.
