器外预硫化型MoNiP/γ-Al2O3催化剂的喹啉加氢脱氮性能研究

摘    要: 以喹啉为模型化合物,考察了器外预硫化型MoNiP/γ-Al2O3加氢催化剂的HDN性能,并采用传统的器内预硫化的催化剂作为参比。结果表明,喹啉在器内预硫化催化剂上的HDN反应历程类似;但是相比器内预硫化催化剂,采用本文工艺条件制备的器外预硫化型催化剂的喹啉转化率更高,而HDN活性相对稍弱,尤其是加氢性能存在一定差距,这与其活性相MoS2之间的差别有关。器外预硫化催化剂中编号为Ex6-0-4的催化剂具有最高的HDN活性,其喹啉转化率甚至优于器内预硫化催化剂。

Abstract:The HDN performance of a series of ex-situ presulfided MoNiP/γ-Al2O3 catalysts was evaluated with quinoline as the model compound, and compared with that of a conventional in-situ presulfided catalyst. Results indicated that the HDN of quinoline over both ex-situ and in-situ presulfided MoNiP/γ-Al2O3 catalysts went on through the similar reaction pathway. Compared with in-situ presulfided catalyst, the ex-situ presulfided catalyst prepared under the conditions adopted in this experiment presented more conversion rate of quinoline in the HDN process, but its HDN activity was weaker and its hydrogenation activity relatively lower, which could be intrinsically attributed to the difference in their MoS2 active phase morphology. Among the several ex-situ presulfided catalysts, Ex6-0-4 had the best HDN activity, and the conversion rate of quinoline over it was even higher than that over in-situ presulfided one.
