| 摘 要： | 作者根据突发事件的特点提出了面向突发事件的地理服务的特点。设计了面向突发事件的地理信息服务的四个主要功能模块,突发事件发生地的地理信息定位、突发事件地理信息标注、突发事件信息查询与统计和突发事件发生地的地理信息分析。最后实现了应急地理信息服务的关键技术。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of Geographic Information Service for emergency response were summarized in this paper.The function of Geographic Information Service System was classified into four moudles,which include automatic position of geographic,mark of geographic events,spatial quary and statistic,and spatial analysis of emergency.At last the authors implemented the key technologies of Geographic Information Service System. |
