血浆NT-proBNP水平与AMI冠状动脉病变严重程度的关系及意义（附59例分析）

目的探讨血浆N末端脑钠肽原（NT-proBNP）与KILLIP1级急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者冠状动脉病变严重程度的相关性。方法采用电化学发光免疫学方法测定,KILLIP分级为1级的急性心肌梗死患者59例和经冠脉造影检查证实的非冠心病患者15例冠脉造影前血浆NT-proBNP水平,AMI患者冠脉病变使用LEAMAN评分法进行冠脉评分。将冠脉病变严重程度与NT-proBNP检测值进行相关性分析。结果 AMI患者NT-proBNP水平显著高于非冠心病患者（P〈0.001）,血浆NT-proBNP浓度与KILLIP1级AMI患者冠脉严重程度呈正相关（r=0.694,P〈0.01）。结论检测NT-proBNP对评估AMI冠脉病变严重程度有一定价值。

Relationship between the extent of coronary artery lesions and plasma NT-proBNP in patients with acute myocardial infarction:Analysis of 59 cases

Objective To explore the relationship between the extent of coronary artery lesions and plasma N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide（NT-proBNP）levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）except for heart failure（HF）.Methods Fifty-nine AMI patients without heart failure were enrolled in the study,and 15 patients with normal coronary arterial angiography（CAG）were served as control.Plasma NT-proBNP levels were measured before CAG,the extent of coronary artery lesions were evaluated by LEAMAN method.The correlation between levels of NT-proBNP and the extent of coronary artery lesions was determined,and Bi-variance correlation was evaluated by pearson correlation coefficient.Results The plasma NT-proBNP concentrations in patients with AMI were significantly higher than those in the control group（P0.001）.There was a positive correlation between the NT-proBNP levels and coronary artery lesion scores（r=0.694,P0.01）.Conclusion NT-proBNP may be valuable to demonstrate the extent of coronary artery lesions.
