| 摘 要： | 目的探讨C-myc、P16蛋白在人脑胶质瘤组织中的表达情况及其与肿瘤恶性程度之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测60例脑胶质瘤和10例正常脑组织标本中C-myc、P16蛋白的表达情况。结果 C-myc、P16蛋白阳性染色主要位于脑胶质瘤细胞的胞浆或胞核中,各自的表达强度与脑胶质瘤的组织学分级相关。结论 C-myc蛋白在脑胶质瘤组织中呈过度表达;P16低表达在人脑胶质瘤的恶性进展中起重要作用;联合检测两者在脑胶质瘤的诊断及其恶性程度的评价具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of C-myc and P16 proteins in gliomas and clinical significance.Methods The expression of C-myc and P16 proteins were detected by using immunohistochemical technique in 60 cases of brain gliomas with different pathological types and 10 samples of normal brain tissue.Results The expression of C-myc was higher and expression of P16 was lower in gliomas man those in normal brain tissue.The levels of the positive expression rates of Cmyc and P16 proteins were correlated with the histological grades of gliomas.Conclusion Simultaneous detections of C-myc and P16 proteins are useful indicators for the malignancy of human brain gliomas. |
