摘    要:为实现多模块大功率高压电源均流并联扩容技术,用固定相对相位偏移的脉冲频率调制法,将多个高压大功率串联谐振逆变模块并联;并通过优化控制补偿网络设计及合理接地设计,解决并联系统自激和高压打火损坏控制电路难题。实验表明用该法实现高压电源的模块化并联扩容,简单可靠且并联模块越多电源纹波水平越小;无需内置电流控制环,模块间也能得到满意的均流效果;在脉冲负载和电阻负载条件下,均具有好的动态特性。

Abstract:A kind of current share parallel enlarged power technique for the multi-modular large-power high-voltage power supply was given.More series-resonant large-power high-voltage modules were operated through the pulse frequency modulator with a constant relative phase shift.The control system of the constant relative phase shift and the compensate net were discussed in detail.The problem of the system self-excitation and the effect of strike fire at high voltage were resolved.The results show: The parallel enlarged power of Multi-modular is feasible in this way;This technique is simple and reliable and the output voltage ripple is less with the more paralleled modules;The satisfied result of the current share can be achieved without inside current control loop;A faster system response is acquired in the conditions of pulse load and resistor load.
