| 摘 要： | 目的了解中药不良反应/事件的发生特点,促进临床合理用药。方法对117例中药不良反应/事件报告进行回顾性分析。结果117例不良反应/事件中,中药注射剂59例（占49.6%）;祛瘀剂31例（占24.8%）,涉及15个药品品种。结论辩证看待中药不良反应,在临床上正确、合理使用中药,加强中药不良反应的监测,减少中药不良反应/事件的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the characteristics of the adverse drug reaction/event（ADR/ADE） of Eraditional chinese Medicine to promote clinical rational drug use.Methods 117 ADR/ADE reports of Traditional Chinese Medicine were analyzed retrospectively.Results 59 cases of Traditional Chinese Medicine injections accounted for 49.6%;31 cases of Quyu agent involved in 24.8 percent accounted for 15 Varieties of drugs.Conclusion Dialectical view of adverse reactions and the monitoring of adverse reactions to Traditional Chinese Medicine,should be strengthened to reduce the ADR/ADE incidence. |
