| 摘 要： | 目的探讨重组人血管内皮抑制素对人脑胶质瘤细胞生长的抑制作用。方法体外培养人脑胶质瘤细胞,设立对照组与重组人血管内皮抑制素实验组（终浓度分别为50、100、150 ng/ml）,采用MTT法来判定该抑制因子对人脑胶质瘤细胞有无抑制作用。结果对照组OD值为0.302±0.012,实验组的OD值分别为0.284±0.006,0.218±0.014,0.175±0.012,P值均〈0.05。结论重组人血管内皮抑制素能够抑制人脑胶质瘤细胞的增殖且呈剂量依赖性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the inhibitory effect of recombinant human endostatin in the growth of human glioma cells.Methods： Human glioma cells were cultured in vitro.Control and experimental groups were set（final concentration were 50、100、150ng/ml）.MTT method was used to determine whether there was the inhibitory effect in the human glioma cells.Results： OD value of the control group is 0.302±0.012 and experimental group 0.284±0.006,0.218±0.014,0.175±0.012 respectively.There is a significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： Recombinant human endostatin can inhibit the growth of human glioma cell and is dose-dependent. |
