秋冬茬生菜品种品质及产量评价

摘    要:为筛选出适合北京地区秋冬季种植的生菜品种,丰富生菜品类,满足人民的多样化需求,以引进的8个生菜品种(6个散叶生菜和2个结球生菜)为试验材料,其中以散叶生菜大速生和结球生菜奶油生菜分别为对照,比较分析了不同生菜品种的农艺性状、抗病性、产量及营养品质等特性。结果表明:散叶生菜品种凯蒂娜对霜霉病、软腐病和灰霉病3大病害都表现出高抗病性,667 m2产量为2223.44kg,V C含量为78.8m g/k g,适宜在北京市推广应用;结球生菜中莴苣凤蝶叶片呈绿紫色,可以作为特菜加以应用。

Abstract:Abstract: In order to screen out lettuce varieties suitable for planting in autumn and winter of Beijing, and enrich lettuce categories and meet people''s diversified needs, eight imported lettuce varieties (six varieties of loose-headed lettuce and two varieties of head garden lettuce) were used as experimental materials, and the characteristics of agronomic traits, disease resistance, yield and nutritional quality of different lettuce varieties were compared and analyzed with loose-headed lettuce variety ''Dasusheng'' and head garden lettuce variety ''Naiyou Shengcai'' as controls, respectively. The results showed that loose-headed lettuce variety ''Kaidina'' had high resistance to three major diseases including downy mildew, soft rot and gray mold, the yield was 2 223.44 kg per 667 m2, and the VC content was 78.8 mg/kg, which was suitable for popularization and application in Beijing. The leaf of head garden lettuce variety ''Woju Fengdie'' was green and purple, which could be used as a special vegetable.
