自体脂肪移植联合A型肉毒毒素注射在面部年轻化中的应用效果

探讨自体脂肪移植联合A型肉毒毒素注射在面部年轻化中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年 5月-2023年5月西安顺美医疗美容门诊部收治的80例面部年轻化患者为研究对象，以治疗方案不同分为对 照组和研究组，各40例。对照组给予自体脂肪移植，研究组则联合A型肉毒毒素注射，比较两组临床疗 效、面部轮廓参数、皮肤状况及自信程度、治疗满意度。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为92.50%，高于对照 组的72.50%（P ＜0.05）；研究组治疗后面部轮廓参数改善情况优于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究组治疗后皮 肤状况、BES分数均优于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究组满意度为95.00%，高于对照组的75.00%（P ＜0.05）。 结论 在面部年轻化中联合应用自体脂肪移植与A型肉毒毒素注射，可有效改善面部轮廓及皮肤状况，治 疗效果及患者满意度高，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Application Effect of Autologous Fat Transplantation Combined with Type A Botulinum Toxin Injection in Facial Rejuvenation

To explore the application effect of autologous fat transplantation combined with type A botulinum toxin injection in facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 80 patients with facial rejuvenation admitted to Xi''an Shunmei Medical Beauty Clinic from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment schemes, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given autologous fat transplantation, and the study group was combined with type A botulinum toxin injection. The clinical efficacy, facial contour parameters, skin condition and self-confidence, and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.50%, which was higher than 72.50% in the control group (P <0.05). The improvement of facial contour parameters in the study group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the skin condition and BES score of the study group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The combined application of autologous fat transplantation and type A botulinum toxin injection can effectively improve the facial contour and skin condition in facial rejuvenation, with higher therapeutic effect and patient satisfaction, and has high clinical application value.
