摘    要:目的 非遗文化是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,夏布绣非遗作为一种民间技艺是国家级非物质文化遗产,探索在服务设计视角下夏布绣文创产品设计的创新设计思路,以实现夏布绣非遗在当代的价值转化。方法 通过剖析夏布绣非遗文创产品的市场现状,总结夏布绣非遗文创产业的现实问题。运用服务设计理念,以用户为中心、以用户需求为导向,并基于Kano模型对用户需求属性进行分类,使用层次分析法拆解量化夏布绣文创产品的用户体验需求。结论 根据用户体验需求权重,结合服务设计思维提出提升产品视觉形象和功能创新、突出文化特色、注重文化消费体验、遵循市场逻辑,以建立产品服务系统的夏布绣非遗文创产品多维创新路径。

Abstract:Intangible cultural heritage is an important part of Chinese traditional culture. Xiabu embroidery, as a folk art, is a national intangible cultural heritage. The work aims to explore innovative ideas of Xiabu embroidery cultural and creative product design from the perspective of service design to realize the value transformation of Xiabu embroidery intangible heritage in contemporary times. Through analyzing the current market situation of Xiabu embroidery intangible heritage cultural and creative products, real problems of Xiabu embroidery intangible heritage cultural and creative industry were summarized. Using the service design concept of user-centering and user demand-orientation, user need attributes were classified based on the kano model. A hierarchical analysis was conducted to dismantle and quantify the user experience needs of Xiabu embroidery cultural and creative products. In conclusion, according to the weight of user experience needs, combined with service design thinking, a multi-dimensional innovation path of Xia Bu embroidery intangible heritage cultural and creative products that improves the visual image and functional innovation of products, highlights cultural characteristics, focuses on cultural consumption experience, follows market logic, and establishes a product service system is proposed.
