压气机特性线的处理方法研究

摘    要:轮机系统部件级模型仿真时,需要基于压气机特性曲线进行插值以获得不同工况下的性能数据。本 文利用压比-流量特性曲线中每一条等相对换算转速线上的数据构建中间变量7,进一步通过插值方法将不同 转速线的变量《设置成相同的分布。通过中间变I?和压气机转速;V压气机特性曲线分割,把压比、流量和 效率表示为转速和参数《的关系,避免了传统表示方法的缺陷。最后用实例对其进行详细说明,并且验证了 方法的有效性。该方法简单明确可操作性强,有一定的应用价值。

Abstract:When simulating turbine system by component- level model, we need to process compressor performance curve to obtain performance data at other operating condition by interpolating. A middle parameter 7 was constructed by using data points on the pressure ratio-mass fowcurve and the same distribution of parameter 7 on different speed curve can be got by using interpolating. Compressor performance curve can be divided by parameter 7 and compressor rotation speed so compressor ratio, mass flow and efficiency can be expressed by the rotation speed and the parameter 7. This method avoids some defects of traditional method. An example was used to illustrate the method in detail and verify the validation of the method. This method is very simple and valuable to be carried out.
