摘    要:为准确、有效贯通应急救援井与井喷事故井的通道,需要优选应急救援井位置和合理匹配钻井装置。开展水深122 m以内自升式钻井平台救援井就位优选关键技术研究,包括潮流流向优选、风向优选、浅层地质灾害性特征风险规避、钻井平台优选、救援井钻井设计等。钻井平台优选解决了水深与钻井装置作业能力合理匹配问题,使用全新计算公式后,预测精度由原来的70%上升至90%,有效保障海上大型设施安全,可为国内海上油田井控技术体系建设前期基础性研究提供参考。

Abstract:In order to accurately and effectively connect the channel between the emergency rescue well and the blowout accident well, it is necessary to optimize the location of the emergency rescue well and reasonably match the drilling device. The key technologies for the positioning optimization of the rescue well of the jack up drilling rig with a water depth of less than 122 meters are carried out, including the optimization of tidal current flow direction, the optimization of wind direction, the risk avoidance of shallow geological disaster characteristics, the optimization of drilling platform, the design of rescue well drilling, etc. The optimization of the drilling platform solves the problem of reasonable matching between the water depth and the operating capacity of the drilling unit. After using the new calculation formula, the prediction accuracy is increased from 70% to 90%, which ensures the safety of large offshore facilities and provides reference for the preliminary basic research for the construction of well control technology system of domestic offshore oil fields.
