| 摘 要： | 本文研究了胡枝子的核型。结果表明,胡枝子的体细胞染色体数目为2n=22,核型公式2n=2x=22=18m+4sm(SAT)。核型分类属“2B”型。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the karyotype of Lespedeza bieolor Turcz is examined. Its somatic chromosome number is 2n=22, all with median and submedian constrictions. According to the terminology defined by Li Maoxue et al., the karyotype formula is 2n=2x=22=18m+4sm(SAT). The karyotype belongs to "2B" type of Stebbins' karyotype symmetry. |
