宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术在不孕症中的疗效分析

摘    要:目的探讨宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术治疗输卵管近端阻塞的疗效。方法对2009年~2010年5月对104例输卵管阻塞引起不孕症患者行宫腔镜检查并镜下行输卵管口插管通液术,记录输卵管疏通情况。结果 104例患者,第一次通液术后双侧输卵管通畅55例,双侧输卵管通而不畅30例,双侧输卵管阻塞19例。通而不畅30例配合我院特色治疗盆腔灌注及深部热疗,治疗1月后第二次通液术,双侧通畅22例。结论宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液术治疗输卵管近端阻塞方法简便,疗效好,可作为输卵管近端阻塞患者的首选检查和治疗手段。

Abstract:Under the goal discussion uteroscope the oviduct intubation passes fluid technique treatment oviduct near-end blocking the curative effect.The method ~2010 year in May causes sterility patient good uteroscope inspection and the mirror downward oviduct mouth intubation to 2009 to 104 example oviduct blocking passes the fluid technique,records the oviduct opening situation.The result 104 example patients,after first time pass the fluid technique,the two-sided oviduct unobstructed 55 examples,the two-sided oviduct passes,but the impeded 30 examples,the two-sided oviduct blocks 19 examples.Passes but the impeded 30 examples coordinate my courtyard characteristic treatment pelvic cavity irrigation and the depth portion thermotherapy,treatment after in January,second time passes the fluid technique,two-sided unobstructed 22 examples.Under the conclusion uteroscope the oviduct intubation passes the fluid technique treatment oviduct near-end blocking method to be simple,the curative effect is good,may block patient's first choice inspection and the treatment method as the oviduct near-end.
