无胶纤维板胶合机理研究进展

摘    要:介绍了通过涂敷化学药剂使纤维表面活化,并通过氧化结合、天然物转化、自由基引发、酸催化缩合、碱溶液活化等方法实现纤维板无胶粘合的工艺。对不同胶合方法的胶合机理作了阐述。重点探讨了自由基引发法和天然物质转化法的作用机理,并对今后此方面的研究进行了展望。

Abstract:The binderless bonding process was introduced,in which the coated fiber materials were used to bring about the binderless fiberboard bonding by surface chemical activation,including oxidizing,natural product transformation,free radicals initiation,acid catalyzed condensation and alkali solution activation etc.The bonding mechanism of the different bonding methods was elaborated,with the focus on the function mechanism of free radicals initiation method and natural product transformation method.Moreover,the future research in this area was prospected.
