摘    要:从"酒文化"与"文化酒"的基础概念出发,详细概述两者间的区别。以某些盲目跟风酱香型白酒的行为为例,指出应理性看待"文化酒"时代的各种社会现象,根据客观事实走符合时代规律及适合自己的发展之路。

Abstract:The difference between liquor culture and cultural liquor was elaborated from the aspects of their basic concepts.The behaviour of following the trend of producing Maotai-flavor liquor blindly at present was taken as an example in this paper,and it was pointed out that we should take a rational view of all the phenomenon in cultural liquor era and liquor-making enterprise should go its own development way suitable for era rules and the enterprise itself.
