摘    要:以聚苯乙烯(PSt)泡沫为原料,采用悬浮法制备大颗粒聚合物P(PS/VAc)。着重探讨了分散剂加入方式及用量、引发剂用量、水介质的用量、聚苯乙烯泡沫的用量等对其粒径及分布的影响,确定了产品粒径主要位于2~4mm的聚合工艺条件。

Abstract:The preparation technology of bigger P(PS/VAc) microspheres was studied by suspension polymerization of VAc and waste polystyrene foams.The effect of type and amount of disperser,initiator concentration,waste PS amount and water phase content on the particle size and its distribution was discussed.The optimum preparation condition of polymer spheres with partcle size of from 2mm to 4ram was obtained.
