酒炒温经消喘散后提高临床疗效的研究

目的：观察酒炒温经消喘散后作穴位贴敷的临床疗效。方法：选取80例哮喘病例随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组用酒炒温经消喘散后再调姜汁使用，对照组采用温经消喘散直接用姜汁调成膏状使用，进行穴位贴敷治疗14d后作疗效评估。结果：治疗组40例，显效33例，有效6例，无效1例，总有效率97.5%，对照组显效23例，有效8例，无效9例，总有效率77.5%；两组两者差异有非常显著性意义（P<0.05）。结论：酒炒温经消喘散后可提高药物的协同作用从而提高临床疗效，优化了中药资源，适合临床推广使用。

Research on the clinical efficacy improvement after the Wenjing Xiaochuan powder fried with wine

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint application after the Wenjing Xiaochuan powder fried with wine. Methods： 80 cases of asthma were randomly divided into the treated group and control group, the treated group was given the Wenjing Xiaochuan powder fried with wine and reconciled with ginger juice. The control group used the Wenjing Xiaochuan powder directly with ginger juice into paste, acupoint treatment for 14 days for evaluation of the effect of dressing. Results： The treatment group 40 cases, effective in 33 cases, effective 6 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency of 97.5%, control group 23 cases, effective 8 cases, invalid 9 cases, the total efficiency of 77.5%; there is a very significant meaning the meaning of two groups of difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Wine fried temperature by Xiaochuan powder can improve the cooperative effect of medicines to improve the therapeutic effect, optimize the resource of TCM, suitable for clinical use.
