摘    要:从黑河湿地土壤样品中分离得到一株中度嗜碱放线菌HDF-1,适宜生长pH值为8~10,培养时可以向细胞外分泌蛋白酶、淀粉酶,不能分解含硫氨基酸产生硫化氢,不能产生胞外纤维素酶。菌株HDF-1能够利用葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖以及麦芽糖作为碳源;该菌株代谢产物中含有抑制金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)的活性物质,抑菌圈直径达到了15.2 mm,而对黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)、青霉(Penicillium chrysogenum)和大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)的生长没有抑制作用。根据菌株HDF-1的形态特征、生理生化特征及其16S rRNA系统进化分析,将该菌株鉴定为链霉菌属(Streptomyces sp.)。

Abstract:A moderately basophilic actinomycetes HDF-1 was isolated from soil sample of Heihe wetland. The suitable pH for growth was 8-10. The strain HDF-1 could secrete protease and amylase, could not break down the sulfur amino acid to produce hydrogen sulfide, and could not produce extracellular cellulose. Strain HDF-1 could utilize glucose, fructose, sucrose and maltose as carbon source. The metabolites of strain HDF-1 contained active substances that could inhibit Staphylococcus aureus, and the diameter of antibacterial circle reached to 15.2 mm, while it had no inhibitory effect on Aspergillus niger, Penicillium chrysogenum and Escherichia coli. By the morphological characteristics, the physiological and biochemical characteristics and the phylogenetic analysis of the 16S rRNA gene, the strain HDF-1 was identified as Streptomyces sp.
