中西医结合治疗术后粘连性肠梗阻48例临床观察

目的探讨中西医结合的方法治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法选择48例粘连性肠梗阻患者为研究对象,并随机分为西医治疗组和中西医结合治疗组。通过实时监测并记录两组患者治疗后的肛门首次排气时间、住院时间以及并发症的发生情况,对两组患者的治疗疗效进行分析比较。结果中西医结合治疗组患者的肛门首次排气时间和住院时间均明显短于西医治疗组患者所需时间,两组差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。西医治疗组患者治疗过程中,共有2例并发症发生,并发症发生率为8.3%,而中西医结合治疗组患者治疗后没有并发症的发生,两组患者并发症发生率的差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。中西医结合治疗组患者的治疗有效率(95.8%)明显高于西医治疗组患者的治疗有效率(83.3%),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗粘连性肠梗阻,临床效果好,治愈率高,明显缩短了患者肠梗阻的时间和康复出院时间,减轻了患者的经济负担,值得临床上广泛推广。

Clinical observation of 48 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction treated with combination of Chinese traditional and Western Medicine

Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effects of adhesive intestinal obstruction treated with combination of Chinese traditional and Western Medicine.Methods Forty eight cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction patients were randomly divided into the combined treatment group and Western medicine treatment group.The assessment indexes including anal exhaust time,hospitalization time,complications and clinical effects.Results The first exhaust time and the hospital days in combined treatment group were significantly shorter than the western medicine treatment group （P ＜0.05）.In western medicine treatment group,2 cases developed complications,with the ratio of 8.3％.However,there was no patient developed complication in combined treatment group.The total effective rate in combined treatment group was 95.8％,which was significantly higher than the western medicine treatment group （95.8％ vs.83.3 ％,P ＜0.05）.Conclusion The treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine takes a lot of advantages,including good clinical effect,high curative rate,shorten the hospital days and reduce the economic burden of the patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
