摘    要:分析了轧钢加热炉钢坯红外测温所受到的炉内环境干扰。依据红外测温原理,推导出加热炉钢坯温度测量中各红外辐射组成的关系式,由关系式探讨消除各种干扰红外辐射的途径。通过实例介绍了加热炉均热段红外测温应采取的措施。

Abstract:The environmental interferences to infrared temperature measurement in the furnace are analyzed. Based on the principle of infrared temperature measurement, the relationships between each component in the measurement are deduced. Methods to eliminate the interferences in the infrared measurement are discussed based on these relationships. Measures to be taken in infrared measurement at the soaking section of a reheating furnace are put introduced through actual examples.
