35CrNi3MoV钢晶粒细化工艺的研究

摘    要:通过试验研究了两种预备热处理工艺一两次高温正火工艺和临界区高温侧正火工艺以及最终热处理工艺对用于大锻件生产的35CrNi3MoV钢晶粒细化效果的影响。研究结果表明,两种预备热处理都有良好的消除组织遗传、细化晶粒的效果,最终热处理后,晶粒进一步细化。

Abstract:The effects of two pre-heat treatment processes-two times high-temperature normalizing and high-temperature intercritical normalizing-and the final heat treatment process on the grain refining of 35GrNi3 MoV steel for large forgings are studied. Results show that both pre-heat treatments have favorable effects on eliminating structural heredity and grain refining and the grain is further refined after final heat treatment.
