智慧水库探讨

摘    要:研究水库安全管理信息化与人类智慧,定义智慧水库概念;设计基于云平台的智慧水库6层架构,阐述各层内容及相互关系;分析智慧水库中信息感知、互联和系统智能化等关键问题,采用新型智能传感器、信息感知方式多样化、水库物联网、非结构化数据处理、信息标准化、信息融合、业务协同和人工智能等方法和技术解决问题,为智慧水库研究与建设提供技术路线。

Discussion on Smart Reservoir
Abstract:With the development of information technology, the management of reservoir safety has realized automation and network, but it is not enough to meet the requirement. By comparing the reservoir safety management informatization and human wisdom, the concept of smart reservoir is defined, and the gap between the reservoir dam safety management information and smart reservoir is pointed out. Cloud platform-based architecture of smart reservoir is designed. The future development direction of smart reservoirs is discussed. Technical route for smart reservoir research and development is provided.
