电视屏幕闪烁对人体视觉调节功能影响的研究

目的 了解电视屏幕闪烁对人体视觉功能的不同影响。方法 选择视力正常的60名大学生为研究对象，采用眼调节近点、集合近点、视觉反应时、明视持久度、闪光融合临界频率的测定，了解观看无闪烁电视与普通电视3h前后人体视觉功能的变化。结果 观看3h无闪烁电视，受试视觉调节功能下降、视觉疲劳程度加大、注视的持久力减弱比观看普通电视要小。结论 视屏闪烁会影响视觉调节功能，可导致视觉系统紧张而出现视疲劳。

The Effect of Flicker from Television Screen on the Function of Visual Accommodation

Objective To observe the effects of flicker from television screen on the function of visual accommodation. Methods We selected 60 college students who have good eyesight as our objects.The near point of accommodation, the near point of convergence, visuognosis persistence, and the flicker fusion critical frequency were measured before and after the objects watched the non- flicker television and the normal television for three hours.Results After watch the non - flicker television, the degree of visual accommodation functional decline, visual fatigue increase and visuognosis persistence decrease are smaller compared with watching normal televsion. Conchition The flickering light from televsion screen may lead to the change of visual accommodation and cause the visual system strain and asthenopia.
