聚L-乳酸固相缩聚工艺研究

摘    要:以L-乳酸为原料,采用复合催化剂熔融缩聚的方法,制备预聚物,然后进行固相缩聚研究。研究了抽真空和通氮气2种固相缩聚工艺方法。在通氮气工艺方法中探讨了反应温度、反应时间、物料颗粒的尺寸等对固相缩聚反应的黏均相对分子质量的影响。根据缩聚反应平衡和水分子扩散传质平衡的原理对实验现象进行了合理的解释。

Abstract:The appropriate conditions for the direct synthesis of pre-polymer of PLLA via melt solid-state polycondensation were prepared with an composite catalyst.Studied the nitrogen and pumped-vacuum two methods in solid-state polycondensation.In the nitrogen-process research methods,the effect of the reaction temperature,reaction time and the particle size of pre-polymer on the viscosity-average molecular mass of the solid-state polycondensation reaction were studied.According to the polycondensation reaction balance and molecular diffusion of water balance and balance of mass transfer theory,the experimental phenomena was explained reasonably.
