摘    要:浙江友宁钢制品厂36m大跨度刚架采用门式刚架加预应力索组成的刚架-索结构体系。首先在车间对大跨度门式刚架在不同荷载工况下的变形情况进行试验,并根据施工现场安装试验情况最终确定预应力刚架的张拉施工方法。结果表明:预应力刚架-索结构体系结构可靠,施工安装方便,结构轻盈美观,相比普通刚架,更加充分地利用了钢材的材料力学性能,具有非常明显的经济性。在施工过程中,应注意刚架性能差异导致的预应力张拉值的轻微差异。

Abstract:The structure of Zhejiang Youning steel products plant is composed of portal frame and steel strand with 36 m span. Firstly structure test was carried out on a long-span portal frame to research its deformation under different load conditions. The prestressed stretching construction was determined, while experiments results on workshop and construction sites were considered comprehensively. The results show that prestressed frame-cable structure has the benefits such as high reliability, convenience for construction and installation, flexible structure. The frame-cable structure fully utilizes the portal frame~s mechanical property of material and has material saving far more than usual portal frame. Attention should be paid to slight difference of cable stress varying with specific individual prestressed frame cable structure.
