摘    要:应用有限元方法 ,分析椭圆封头壁厚在冲压成型和旋压成型过程中产生的加工减薄对封头强度的影响 ,得出实际使用中旋压成型近似椭圆封头的强度远不及冲压成型的标准椭圆封头 ,2种封头无法等效替代

Abstract:The effects of working thickness reduction resulting from punch modelling and rotary press modelling on the strength of elliptical dished heads are analyzed using the finite element method. Results show that the strength of approximate elliptical dished heads made by rotary press modelling is far lower than that of standard elliptical dished heads made by punch modelling. Therefore, approximate elliptical dished heads made by rotary press modelling can not be substituted for standard elliptical dished heads made by punch modelling in their practical application.
