寒区近零能耗建筑能耗分析

摘    要:严寒和寒冷地区冬季对化石能源需求量较大,“近零能耗建筑”是我国降低采暖能耗的有效途径。我国之前主要参照德国被动房的设计规范,但严寒和寒冷地区与德国的气候并不完全相同。文中利用DeST建立寒区居住建筑和办公建筑模型,以哈尔滨、沈阳和北京为代表城市,对基准建筑和“近零能耗建筑”进行模拟,结合中德两国近零能耗建筑技术标准,进行严寒和寒冷地区近零能耗建筑的能耗分析。结果表明德国被动房的能耗指标不完全适用于我国,同时应针对不同功能的公共建筑制定能耗控制指标。

Abstract:“Near-zero energy consumption buildings”can greatly reduce the dependence on fossil energy in winter,which is an effective way to reduce heating energy consumption in China.In China,passive houses were designed refering to the Germany code,however,the climate in severe cold and cold regions is not exactly the same as that in Germany.In this paper,DeST is used to establish residential and office building models,in which Harbin,Shenyang,and Beijing are taken as representative cities to simulate benchmark buildings and“Near-zero energy consumption buildings”.Combined with the technical standards of near-zero energy consumption buildings in China and Germany,the energy consumption analysis in severe cold and cold regions is carried out.The results show that the energy consumption index of passive houses in Germany is not suitable for China,and energy consumption control index should be formulated for public buildings with different functions.
