徐州市区三级以上综合医院检验科设备配置现状的调研

目的：：了解徐州市区三级以上综合医院检验科设备配置的现状，讨论造成该现状的原因，提出相应对策。方法：以问卷调查的形式，走访徐州市区6家三级以上综合医院，采用Excel建立数据库并转化为相应的图表数据。结果：采访对象的设备配置情况不一，仪器设备使用及维护制度有待健全，人员结构基本合理，相关管理有待完善。结论：检验科的设备须提高质和量；科室需更加注重人才培养；行政部门及医院内部应完善相关管理制度。

Investigation and Study on the laboratory equipment configuration status in Xuzhou city more than three general hospital

Objective:To know the laboratory equipment configuration status in Xuzhou city more than three general hospital,and discuss the causes of the situation,Put forward corresponding countermeasures. Methods:In the form of a questionnaire survey ,visited the Xuzhou urban area six above grade three comprehensiv e hospital,using Excel to establish a database and transformed into the corresponding chart data. Results:Equipment configuration of the object is not an interview,use and maintenance of instrument and equipment system to be perfect,personnel structure is reasonable,the lack of relevant policies to improve. Conclusion:Laboratory equipment to improve the quality and quantity;Departments need to pay more attention to the cultivation of talents;Administrative department and the internal hospital should perfect the relevant management system.
