光纤通道中缓冲区分配策略的优化

摘    要:为了提高网络性能,降低网络资源的开销,在光纤通道流量控制协议的基础上,分析了4种基于信用度的缓冲区分配策略,研究了其基本流程之间的差异,并分别给出了各种分配策略的特点.基于这4种分配策略的基本流程,针对现行流量控制协议中的缓冲区分配策略的不足,提出了一种C23+模式的分配策略.该策略优化了缓冲区各个部分的取值规则,并降低接收节点返回更新信息的频率,以此来减少网络的开销.通过对分配策略的仿真分析及进一步验证,表明了该分配策略的优越性和可行性.

Abstract:To improve the performance of networks and to cut down expenses of networks,the characteristics of them are given based on the flow control protocol in fibre channel after analyzing the four buffer-allocation strategies based on credits.The differences of the fundamental procedures are also studied.In order to overcome the disadvantages of buffer-allocation strategies in fibre channel,a new allocation strategy of C23+ model is introduced based on the four fundamental procedures.The strategy optimizes the short-cut process regulations of separate part of buffers,and reduces renewal frequencies of data from receiving nodes in order to cut down expenses of networks.The simulation analysis of buffer-allocation strategies and further demonstration indicates that this strategy is advantageous and feasible.
