| 摘 要： | 目的探讨股骨近端防旋髓内钉(PFNA)与股骨近端锁定钢板(PFLP)内固定治疗对老年股骨转子间骨折患者围术期指标、骨折愈合时间、Harris评分及并发症的影响。方法我院138例老年股骨转子间骨折患者,按随机数表法分为PFNA组与PFLP组各69例。PFNA组采用PFNA内固定治疗,PFLP组采用PFLP内固定治疗。比较两组围术期指标,记录骨折愈合时间,评估术后6个月Harris评分与Barthel指数,统计术后并发症发生率。结果 PFNA组手术时间、术中出血量、隐性失血量、切口长度、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、术后并发症总发生率均低于PFLP组,X射线透视时间、术后6个月Harris评分、Barthel指数高于PFLP组(P <0. 05)。结论 PFNA内固定治疗具有手术时间短、手术创伤小、骨折愈合快、并发症少等优点,有利于老年股骨转子间骨折患者髋关节功能恢复。
