摘    要:为解决加热器换表面结垢问题,建立了计算硫酸钙污垢结垢速率的数学模型。研究表明,经过离子注入或磁控溅射处理后的加热器表面,其表面活化能降低,从而呈现出明显的抗垢性能,结垢阻力系数随时间的变化曲线接近直线。对于抛光表面和未处理表面,采用上述模型进行计算,其模拟结果与试验结果一致。

Abstract:A mathematical model for calculating calcium sunate (?)surface was proposed. The surfaces of several test heaters were treated by ion beam implantation andunbalanced magnetron sputtering respectively, which reduced the surface energy and obviously exhibitedanti-fouling performance. Their fouling resistance coefficients varied with time approached linear rela-tion. Fouling runs on electro-polished surface comparing to untreated surface showed that the resultswere coincident with those from the model calculation.
