共轨蓄压式电控喷油系统喷油持续时间影响因素的实验研究

摘    要:介绍了共轨蓄压式电控喷油系统的工作原理、分析了喷油持续时间的影响因素,并利用实验的方法就共轨油压、调压弹簧预紧力和大、小增压柱塞和滑阀的回位速度对喷油持续时间的影响分别进行了测试。测试结果表明,增大针阀调压弹簧预紧力和大、小增压柱塞的回位速度可以缩短喷油持续时间。

Abstract:The working principle of the common-rail accumulator type electronic-controlled fuel injection system is illustrated;The factors which have effects on the injection duration are analysed while the influences of common-rail fuel pressure, pre-tightening force of regulating spring as well as returning speeds of booster plungers, either smaller and bigger, and slidevalve on the injection duration are investigated by way of test. As indicated by experiment results, the injection durationcould be reduced by increasing the pre-tightening force of regulating spring and the returning speed of booster plungers.
