脑卒中与胰岛素抵抗关系的探讨

目的　探讨脑卒中与胰岛素抵抗之间的关系。　方法　以空腹血糖和空腹胰岛素乘积的倒数作为胰岛素敏感性指数 ,对 78例急性脑卒中患者和 30例对照者进行研究 ,并分别测定血脂代谢情况。　结果　脑卒中患者无论是否合并高血压均存在胰岛素抵抗和高胰岛素血症 (P <0 .0 1 )。胰岛素敏感性与高密度脂蛋白浓度呈正相关(r=0 .42 ,p <0 .0 1 ) ;与低密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇浓度呈负相关 (r=- 0 .2 8,p <0 .0 5、r=- 0 .51 ,p <0 .0 5)。　结论　急性脑卒中患者存在胰岛素抵抗、高胰岛素血症 ,并与血脂代谢存在密切相关性。

The study of the relationship between insulin resistance and cerebral stroke

Objective To explore the relationship between cerebral stroke and insulin resistance Methods to study the insulin sensitivity index(ISI)of 78 acute cerebral stoke and 30 controls and to detect the levels of blood lipo respectively.ISI was diagnosed as the inverted number of product of multiplication on fasting plasma glucose and fasting plasma insulin. Results the patients all have the insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia whether they have hypertension.ISI was positive correlative with the high-density lipoprotein(r=0.42,p<0.01)and was negative correlative with the low-density lipoprotein,total cholesterol(r=0.28,p<0.05,r=0.51,p<0.05). Conclusions the patients of acute cerebral stroke have insulin resistance,hyperinsulinemia and have close correlative with blood lipo metabolism.
