| 摘 要： | 随着企业间竞争的兴起，企业的发展步入了价值导向的发展阶段，企业财务的作用也越来越大，企业财务关系也越来越复杂化，企业的财务竞争力由此应运而生。文章探讨了财务竞争力的定义、特征、内容，以及财务竞争力与企业竞争力和核心竞争力的关系。

A Study on Financial Competence |

| Abstract: | With the rising of competition in enterprises, financial competition is bom because the financial effect becomes more important and the financial relation becomes more complex. This paper studies the definition, characters and contents of financial competition, and the relationship among financial competence, enterprise competence and core competence. |
