综合医院护理人员中医应用现状与态度的调查研究

目的：调查综合医院护理人员中医护理操作技术应用的现状及对中医的态度。方法：采用自行设计的问卷，对太原市两所三甲综合医院的护理人员进行调查。结果：收回有效问卷212份，综合医院护理人员对中医护理操作技术的总体应用少，但对中医具有积极的态度，影响护理人员对中医态度的因素有科室、在职培训、获取中医知识的渠道，如书本、报纸、杂志及电视网络等媒体。结论：建议采取各种方法增加综合医院护理人员中医方面的知识和技能。

Attitudes to and Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine among Nurses in General Hospital0

Objective： To evaluate the use of TCM nursing operation technique and the attitudes to traditional chinese medicine （ TCM ） among nurses in general hospitals.Method： The nurses from two fop first-class general hospitals in Taiyuan were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire. Result： Two hundred and twelve valid questionnaires was obtained.Few nurses utilized TCM nursing operation technique in general hospitals., but most of them were positive to TCM.The significant related factors for nurses＇ attitudes to TCM were ＂departments＂, ＂job training＂, ＂the ways of getting knowledge about TCM , such as by books, newspapers, magazines, television networks and so on＂ .Conclusion： It is necessary to take all kinds of ways to add nurses＇ knowledge and skills in general hospitals.
