荷叶水提物清除自由基的ESR研究

摘    要:目的研究了荷叶水提物(LLE)对羟基自由基(·OH)和超氧阴离子自由基(O2)的清除效果.方法采用电子自旋共振法自旋捕集技术.结果26.95μg/mL的LLE对次黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶体系产生O2的清除率达65.6%,LLE浓度大于8.98 mg/mL时可以全部清除由Fenten反应体系产生的·OH.结论LLE对·OH和O2有很强的清除能力.

Abstract:Object To study the action of lotus leaf extract(LLE) in scavengings hydroxyl and super-oxide anion radical. Methods By spintrapping with electronspin resonance. Results 26.94ug/mLLLE can scavenge 65.60% superoxideanion radical(O÷2) produced by Hypoxanthine-Xanthine oxidase system, while at concent rations over 8.98mg/mL a complete eradication of hydroxyl radical(°OH) produced from Fenten reaction system was achieved. Conclusion LLE is highly effective in scavenging °OH and O÷2 free radicals.
